Terms of service

By booking a space at Heights Studios ("Heights District"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your reservation.

1. Bookings & Payment All bookings require a deposit at the time of reservation. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Full payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy. Hourly bookings require at least 24 hours advance notice for a full refund. Event bookings require at least 4 days (96 hours) advance notice. Cancellations made outside these windows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Event Insurance Requirement All events held at Heights Studios require valid event liability insurance. Clients must provide proof of coverage prior to their event date. If you do not have event insurance, Heights Studios can connect you with coverage options — contact us at booking@theheightsdistrict.com for details.

4. Acceptable Use Clients agree to use Heights Studios spaces in a lawful and respectful manner. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises
  • Exceeding posted occupancy limits for any space
  • Use of open flames, glitter, confetti, or substances that may damage equipment or surfaces
  • Any illegal activity on the premises

5. Damage & Liability Clients are responsible for any damage to the venue, equipment, or property caused during their booking period. Heights Studios reserves the right to charge the client for the cost of repairs or replacement. Heights Studios is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during a booking.

6. Right to Refuse Service Heights Studios reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate any booking at its discretion, including for violations of these Terms or behavior deemed disruptive or harmful to the venue or its staff.

7. Modifications Heights Studios reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our booking services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
