Refund policy

All bookings at Heights Studios are subject to the following cancellation terms:

Hourly Space Bookings Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Events Cancellations made at least 4 days (96 hours) before the event date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 4 days in advance will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Rescheduling Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must meet the same advance notice requirements as cancellations. Please contact us at booking@theheightsdistrict.com to request a reschedule.
